In case of late arrival or departure earlier than the scheduled dates, then 50% of the cost for the remaining days of stay will be charged.

In case of cancellation of your reservation, up to 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, there will be no charge and the deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel the reservation 20 days before date of arrival or even later, 50 percent of the total cost of your stay will be charged.
